Adding products and services to 17hats one at a time works fine for a handful of items, but if you're building out a full catalog or updating dozens of entries, there's a faster way. This tutorial walks through bulk importing products and services with a CSV file: downloading the template in Account Settings, filling it out in your spreadsheet app of choice, and uploading it back into 17hats.
